I want to start by saying that Dr. Lama was kind, professional, and reassuring during the procedure, and I felt comfortable with her personally. During the consultation, I asked about the type of products used, and I was given information about well-known and commonly used brands, which was reassuring. However, after redeeming my voucher and being ready for the procedure, I was informed by an assistant that a different product would be used instead. The communication at that moment felt abrupt and unprofessional, which made me uncomfortable. I proceeded with the treatment, but I believe clinics should ensure full transparency and clearly inform patients about the exact product and treatment details before payment and before the procedure begins.
