a month agoUnfortunately, I have pigmentation, and after a consultation with the doctor, he said it could be treated with laser in 4-5 sessions. I finished the 5 sessions, but there's still no difference.

4 months agoI had an appointment for laser eyebrow tattoo removal and received a confirmation message the day before. When I arrived, I was told the doctor is not available. The staff claimed they had tried to call me to cancel, but I had no missed calls — only their confirmation message from the day before. After they said there was a “system error” and that they had been calling the wrong number, even though they had no issue messaging me on the correct one. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they chose to blame it on their system (but before the system sent me a confirmation message and it was working fine) No solution or even a proper attempt to resolve the situation was offered. Sadly this is unprofessional and shows a clear lack of accountability and respect for the client’s time.
