Barvikha Medical Center

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Barvikha Clinic was so disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others. I paid over AED 3,000 for 2 ml of lip filler performed by Dr. Lidiia Popova. Unfortunately, I am extremely dissatisfied with the result. After the treatment, I saw virtually no increase in lip volume, which was far from what I expected after paying for 2 ml of filler. What disappointed me even more was how my concerns were handled. Instead of taking my complaint seriously, reviewing my case, or discussing possible solutions, the clinic manager, Mohammed, was dismissive and unprofessional. His response was simply that there was nothing they could do, and if I wanted more volume, I would have to pay for another 1 ml, with only a small discount being offered. As a paying patient, I expected my concerns to be investigated and treated with respect. Instead, I felt ignored and pressured to spend more money to achieve the result I believed I had already paid for. The lack of customer care and professionalism after the procedure has been just as disappointing as the treatment itself. A reputable clinic should stand behind its work and genuinely try to resolve patient concerns rather than dismiss them outright. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Barvikha Clinic. I hope they improve both their patient care and the way they handle complaints, because no patient should leave feeling unheard and unsupported after investing a significant amount of money in a cosmetic procedure.
