a week agoI visited the clinic a few weeks ago, they made me wait an hour to see the doctor even though I arrived on time for my appointment. Upon following up, they told me they’re not sure how much longer it will take as there are still three patients ahead of me and they’re not sure whether those patients will have treatments or procedures performed. After I finally saw the doctor, the receptionists told me they’re not sure if I will be charged a consultation fee or if the consultation fee will be deducted from whatever treatment that will be conducted in my follow up appointment and I’d still have to wait for the doctor to finish the procedure on the patient she’s seeing now to determine that. I had already been delayed over an hour, and I wasn’t willing to wait an extra min. Not very prompt with timing unfortunately. Of course I never went back. People have schedules and other appointments. I can’t afford to wait all day.

My skin felt incredibly clean, refreshed, and glowing right after the treatment. Christine is so kind, professional, and knowledgeable — she made me feel comfortable the entire time and explained every step clearly.
