3 months agoExtremely disappointing experience with Dermaplus Clinic. I paid the full amount in advance for 3 laser sessions, but I have only been able to use 1 session so far. Now the clinic appears to be closed, their phone is switched off, and nobody responds to calls, messages, or any attempts to contact them. As a customer who paid in full, I am left with unused services and no way to reach the clinic for a refund or to complete the remaining sessions. This feels highly unprofessional and misleading. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before making any advance payments. Based on my experience, there is currently no communication, no support, and no clear way to recover the money paid for unused services.

4 months agoDidn’t return my money , they said we are closing you can do procedure or to get refund I didn’t receive neither bcs when I choose treatment they just was closed when I come , and lately opened after 15 minutes ( I don’t waste my time for so unprofessional service) when I said I want to take money back once you can’t provide service in time they just stopped to answer me . So just usual scammers if someone find the same problem let’s open collective case again that clinic
