Honestly, I joked with the front desk that they aren't allowed to let her go on vacation until all my sessions are completely done! Mena is a true expert and incredibly knowledgeable. What I love most is that she isn't afraid to push back and give me some tough love. If I ask for a treatment that isn't right for me, she will straight up tell me, "No, that will harm your skin!" I appreciate that honesty. The overall customer service here is well above my expectations. The clinic is sparkling clean, organized, and has the coziest vibes. I seriously feel right at home and totally relaxed the moment I walk in. All the doctors are so accommodating and sweet. I deeply regret having the Green Peel and plasma treatment at Algebra Clinic. It was one of the worst cosmetic decisions I’ve made. The treatment left me with severe darkening in the treated area, despite not having this problem beforehand. The procedure was extremely painful, and I felt excessive pressure was applied throughout the treatment. Afterward, I sought another medical opinion because I was concerned about the result. I was told that, in their opinion, the treatment appeared to have been performed too aggressively, with excessive pressure and a stronger approach than was appropriate for my skin, which may have contributed to the outcome. I am extremely disappointed with both the results and the experience. I hope the clinic reviews its technique, provides better patient care, and ensures that treatments are performed appropriately to reduce the risk of unnecessary skin damage. I will never again use any service from this clinic… offer never worth it with the results you get…
