2 weeks agoI am extremely disappointed with my experience at Silkor Dubai. For the second time in two years, my skin was badly burned after a laser session at this center. This was not a normal “sensitive skin” reaction. I am now being treated by a doctor, who confirmed that this reaction is not normal and is most likely due to an issue with the laser equipment or the way it was used. My skin had redness, bumps, irritation and burn marks. Even after the retouch, I still have hair, so the result was poor and my skin was damaged again. Last year, the same thing happened and it ruined my whole summer. What is even more disappointing is the lack of proper follow-up, apology, or compensation. I trusted them twice, and both times I ended up with damaged skin. I would not recommend this center for laser treatments.
