a week agoVery poor experience overall. No proper response, staff seemed unsure about the machine and the technician was unprofessional. I also couldn’t shave my back and asked for assistance or even offered to pay extra, but they refused. Since I’m on maintenance sessions and the hair on my back is very fine, I expected a little more support and flexibility. In other clinics this is usually handled without issue. On top of that, communication was poor and they don’t even properly call or coordinate appointments. Not a place I would recommend.

a week agoI had Botox done at this clinic, it was extremely painful and completely ineffective, and when I spoke to them and called them, they hung up on me. I don't recommend it at all.
