The environment is also well managed, with minimal waiting and overcrowding. However, there are a few areas that require improvement. Today, my wife visited the hospital for a blood test as advised by the doctor, and unfortunately, the nurse did not handle the blood sample procedure properly, which caused bleeding in her arm. Additionally, most hospitals nowadays provide medical reports online via email once they are ready, so it would be beneficial for your hospital to implement this service as well. Kindly consider my suggestions and recommendations to further improve the patient experience.

We are very grateful to Dr. Sharif Kanaan and his wonderful assistants for the amazing care they have given our daughter over the past years. When we first came to the clinic, my 8-year-old daughter had quite complex orthodontic issues — not only were her teeth very crowded and rotated, but her jaw also needed expansion. We started with a removable palate expander for about a year, and now she has fixed braces as the next step of her treatment. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Kanaan and his nurse have been exceptionally kind, patient, and supportive. Every option was always explained carefully, without any pressure toward one solution or another. Together, we considered not only the medical side, but also my daughter’s personality, comfort, and even her eating habits, to make the treatment as easy and stress-free for her as possible. The results we have seen already are truly incredible. Most importantly, my daughter genuinely trusts and likes Dr. Kanaan, even despite the occasional discomfort that naturally comes with orthodontic treatment. The atmosphere at every visit is warm, calm, and reassuring, thanks to both the doctor and his assistant. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Sharif Kanaan to any parent looking for a highly skilled, caring, and thoughtful orthodontist.
