I went to the clinic today to get Morpheus and my appointment was at three o'clock.. I had spoken to them and told them four or three, they told me to come at 3, and I asked about the price, they told me it was 1200 and it comes with Exosome or Salmon as a gift, and I asked her if it was injections or serum, she told me injections or Dermapen! Anyway, I went to the appointment at 3:15. They took me to the room, and the nurse applied the anesthetic. Then the doctor spoke, and we discussed it. She said that the salmon treatment isn't an injection or a dermapen; it's a serum applied after Morpheus. I was fine with the conversation, but I had the conversation going on. Then the cashier came and gave me a package, and I paid and everything. She gave me a nice offer, I won't deny it, but the delay was completely unreasonable. From 3:15 to 4:53, I was waiting. The procedure is supposed to take 45 minutes, but I was stuck with it for an hour and 45 minutes. I was about to leave, honestly, but then the doctor came in, and I told her. Anyway, she did the procedure and said the nurse would come and apply the salmon. I closed my eyes and felt her applying cream. I opened my eyes and asked her what it was. She said it was Physicoort! Where's the salmon? She said they didn't tell me! On top of the delay, the procedure was wrong! She left, then came back and applied it! I told her I wanted to cancel the package, but she wouldn't let me, can you imagine?! It's my fault for paying first. I should have finished the procedure first and then paid so these things wouldn't happen. After you pay, they secure their rights, but yours are lost. The doctor is great, but the delays and the changing information aren't good. The best thing is honesty and punctuality. If I had been two hours late for my appointment, no one would have let me in. I messaged them on WhatsApp asking them to cancel my package, and they said they were sorry and things like that, but I refused everything. I just want to cancel the package. They were supposed to call me to cancel it, but no one did. I told them I'd leave a comment on Google Maps.
