Johns Hopkins Clinic offers excellent care in a very professional setting. Dr. Rustom’s chiropractic treatment helped my back recover significantly for an old injury. He’s skilled, attentive, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the sessions. Highly recommended for quality care and great results.

I had a Dermapen session combined with Exosome treatment for my face, and the results were excellent. My pores became noticeably smaller, and the pigmentation has almost completely disappeared. The staff are very friendly, always smiling, and extremely professional in their care and approach. Thank you to the entire team. My experience with this clinic was exceptionally disappointing. Following a consultation with a physician, I was referred to the physiotherapy department for assessment. I was informed that treatment would commence upon insurance approval. However, for a period of ten days, I encountered a complete lack of responsiveness from the clinic. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via three provided telephone numbers, I received no answer. Furthermore, when I inquired about the cost of services to initiate treatment independently, communication ceased entirely. This prolonged period of silence and the inability to obtain basic information, even regarding pricing, demonstrated a profound lack of customer service. I would not recommend this clinic, and I strongly suggest they invest in comprehensive customer service training to address these significant deficiencies.
