2 months agoI was not informed in advance that there was no direct billing with the insurance company. The receptionist kept insisting that this information had been provided over the phone, which was not the case. Unfortunately, the consultation itself was not very helpful. Considering both the cost and the outcome, I would think twice before using this service again.
