The whole team is super friendly and always make you feel at home, but special shoutout to Rei - always so helpful, remembers your preferences, and genuinely makes every visit better. The vibe is relaxed, the facilities are great, and the service is consistently top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone into cryo and recovery.
