in the last weekI’ve been coming to New Age Clinic for my laser sessions for so long, and I want to start by saying that all the technicians who have treated me have been excellent, professional, friendly, and very good at what they do. However, I do feel that the constant change in technicians could be improved. Almost every time I come for an appointment, I have a different technician. While they have all been great, having more consistency would make the experience feel more personal and allow the technician to become familiar with the client’s progress and preferences. My main concern, though, is the waiting time, as this seems to be a recurring issue. For my latest appointment, I was booked at 5:00 PM, arrived on time, and still waited around 30 minutes before being seen. I also had a consultation afterwards, but the waiting area was so crowded and overwhelming that I eventually just wanted to leave rather than wait any longer. The quality of the technicians is excellent, but I really hope the clinic can look into its appointment scheduling, waiting times, and overall management of client flow. With some improvements in these areas, the overall experience would be much better.
