a week agoI did an orthopedic consultation and I was advised to wear a knee brace. I chose to buy it from Novomed Pharmacy, Marina Tower. After a few couple of times using it, it broke. Not because of missused or whatever, just the rigid part of it that sustains the knee broke into 2. I went back to the Pharmacy, and nothing is possible from their side. No assistance, no exchange, they even refused to contact the supplier while on their website, it says all medical braces are covered for a 1 year period. Why should I pay extra hundreds of dirham buying it from Novomed while they wont move a finger when I have an issue. I consider this as highly unprofessional, not following up on products that are selling to customers.
