in the last weekI had one of the worst experiences at this clinic and unfortunately, I would not recommend it. I came to the clinic for a Dermapen treatment. The nurse who attended to me was Filipino. After numbing my face, she took me through the corridor towards the treatment room. As we passed by a group of her fellow Filipino colleagues, she looked at them and burst out laughing. Given the timing and the way it happened, I felt extremely uncomfortable, embarrassed, and disrespected, as though I did not belong there. I cannot say for certain what they were laughing about, but as a Black woman, the experience left me feeling singled out and unwelcome. When you go to a clinic for a treatment, you expect to be treated with dignity, professionalism, and respect regardless of your skin colour or background. I’m sharing my experience because I would want other Black clients to be aware and make an informed decision before choosing this clinic. I personally will not be returning.

I had my consultations with Dr. Anamta Joicy, and I felt completely at ease with her pleasant nature and professional attitude. She patiently answered all my queries, clarified my doubts, and recommended the best possible treatment based on my requirements. I am extremely happy with the overall service and experience. I would definitely give SKINII Clinic **6 stars** and would highly recommend it to my friends and family. **Excellent service overall!**
