I had a wonderful experience at Health Avenue Polyclinic today. I had my laser hair removal treatment with Ms. Sherry, and she did an excellent job. She was very professional, gentle, and attentive throughout the session. All the staff were friendly, professional, and well-mannered, which made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. Highly recommended! I’m very happy with the service and will definitely come back.

I visited Health Avenue Plus Polyclinic located at Wadi Al Safa 3, Majan on 20 May. I paid 1300 AED for beauty‑related services, with 599 AED for one‑millilitre lip filler. Only 0.6 ml filler was injected into my lips, and the remaining 0.4 ml was kept by clinic staff. No‑one from their front desk reached out to me within the following two weeks to schedule a re‑touch‑up using the leftover product. I fell ill during this period and only contacted them on 16 June to book my re‑touch‑up appointment. The clinic then claimed the leftover filler had expired and refused to refund the corresponding 239.60 AED. This clinic has problematic business practices. It draws‑in customers through promotions, then regularly charges clients for full‑size Botox or filler syringes, yet only uses part of the dosage. Staff secretly reserve the remaining product and sell it to other guests for extra profit. During my lip‑fill injection, the manager kept walking into the treatment room to rush the doctor to finish quickly because of other waiting‑customers. Distracted by constant interruptions, the doctor could not focus on the procedure. My lip‑filler result turned out uneven and unsatisfactory. When I negotiated about the refund and bad‑treatment outcome, their staff had an impolite attitude and refused to resolve my issue. Cutting doses without disclosure, failing to follow‑up for top‑ups on time, rushing medical procedures and refusing refunds are unprofessional and violate consumer‑rights. I would not recommend this polyclinic to anyone

I believe the customer service at the Majan branch requires significant improvement. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I experienced a one-hour delay as the physician was attending to another patient, even though the profhilo procedure typically does not require such amount of time. On the other hand, they have valet parking and welcome drink..
