in the last weekDr. Khodadadi’s response to my concerns was extremely disappointing. Instead of taking my dissatisfaction seriously, I felt like my experience was being dismissed and even mocked. The prices are about twice as high as other clinics, yet I saw no results from the Botox treatment. I also expected a professional explanation regarding the treatment I received, not disrespect or excuses. Very disappointing experience overall.

2 weeks agoI had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time because the doctor continued talking to the previous patient about what seemed to be personal matters. When I mentioned the delay, instead of apologizing, the doctor said, “30 minutes is normal. In Iran, patients wait up to 6 hours.” I replied that I was in Dubai, not Iran, but there was still no apology. I visited because I have been experiencing significant hair loss. However, before asking about the possible cause or my medical history, the doctor immediately recommended one of the clinic’s treatment packages. I had to insist on having blood tests first to identify the cause before starting any treatment. Only after I insisted did the doctor reluctantly write the lab request. In my opinion, a doctor should first identify the underlying cause before recommending treatment. I expected a much more professional and patient-focused approach from a clinic in Dubai.
