First Medical Center

I decided to book a HydraFacial based on all the great reviews, and overall the experience was pleasant. However, I was hoping for a more interactive experience with the therapist. Throughout the treatment, there was very little communication. I would have appreciated it if each step had been explained, including what products were being applied, what each product does, and the purpose and benefits of the machines being used. As a client, understanding the process makes the treatment feel more personalized and educational. I believe better communication during the session would have made the experience much more enjoyable and reassuring.

If there was less than 1 star I would have used it. I arrived at 7 in time for my appointment and the receptionist asked me to sit and she will come to me. The other receptionist was on the phone. I sat there for 15 minutes and went back to her she asked me to sit again. She didn’t even take my name. No one came to me so after 30 minutes I left. I came a long way for this appointment and they didn’t have the decency to call me back or apologize that their doctor wasn’t there. I heard their conversation asking the doctor about his whereabouts. I shouldn’t have believed instagram ads. Very unprofessional.

Very nice, the center is clean, and I liked the sterilization, your attention to cleanliness, and your punctuality.

I have been dealing with First Medical Center for the past couple of years, and my experience has always been excellent. I have used both their laser hair removal services and dental services with Dr. Ahmed, and I have been very satisfied with the quality of care and professionalism. The staff are always friendly, professional, and efficient. Their customer service is outstanding, from booking appointments to follow-ups, and they always make patients feel welcome and comfortable. I also appreciate that their prices are very reasonable while maintaining a high standard of service. It is rare to find a medical center that combines excellent customer service, professional staff, quality treatments, and good value for money. Highly recommended, and I look forward to continuing my treatments with them in the future.

I had a liposuction done by Dr. Ahmed Zayed, may God bless him, he is extremely skilled. I've also had fillings done there before, and I always go to him because he is truly trustworthy. The administration is respectful, and the reception staff are polite.
