I’ve been a client at Seagull Medical Center in Dubai for years and keep coming back for good reason. My laser hair removal results have been excellent. I’m now just doing maintenance every few months, which says everything about how well the treatments worked. Grace, my technician, is amazing. She’s skilled, thorough, and makes every session comfortable. The machines are all the latest technology and clearly well maintained. I’ve also been seeing Dr. Wafa for my beauty treatments for years. She’s incredibly talented and I trust her completely with my skin. The location works perfectly for me, and honestly the prices are more reasonable than most places I’ve looked into in Dubai. Their packages are great value too. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality treatments without the inflated pricing you find at other clinics in the city.

Jinky is very professional, skilled, and consistently makes me feel comfortable throughout every session. The staff always provide excellent customer service — friendly, attentive, and welcoming every time. Highly recommended!!! :)

I mentioned during my consultation the areas I wanted lasered, including my belly line, and was advised to purchase the 8 medium area package, which I did. When I arrived at the clinic, I again confirmed the areas I wanted treated: underarms, bikini, and belly. The receptionist mentioned she would check whether the belly line counted as a small or medium area. However, it was only AFTER my session that I was informed it counted as a small area. When I asked what this meant since I had already paid for a medium package based on the consultation advice, I was told either it would still come out of the package I already paid for or I would need to pay extra. I’m disappointed by this, as I relied on the guidance given during my consultation and now feel at a loss. I would appreciate a fair resolution, such as making the belly line complimentary or allowing two small belly lines to equal one medium area. I look forward to hearing back from the clinic.
