I would like to share my personal experience with Healthcarebia so that others can make an informed decision before purchasing a package. My first IV sessions with them were good, which is why I decided to purchase a package. However, after buying the package, the experience changed significantly. During several appointments the staff repeatedly had difficulty inserting the IV. They tried multiple times on both arms to find a vein, even though I have never had this issue before with IV treatments, including during my earlier sessions with them. During one of the sessions the IV appeared to be placed incorrectly, which resulted in significant bruising on my arm and pain that lasted for about a week. After several repeated attempts on different days and both arms, the experience became very uncomfortable and honestly quite traumatic for me. Because of this, I asked to speak with a manager to discuss a fair solution, as I still had several sessions left in my prepaid package. Instead, I was encouraged to try again, which I agreed to one last time, but unfortunately the same issue happened again. What has been most disappointing is the lack of follow-up and communication. I have been waiting for a response for over three months and have contacted the clinic multiple times asking for assistance or a solution regarding the unused sessions, but I have not received any meaningful reply. This review reflects my honest personal experience. I hope the clinic can improve both patient care and communication, especially when clients raise concerns about treatments and prepaid packages.

Good and cooperative staff with good attitude

First timer here, I just had the Myers Cocktail to get my vitamin levels and hydration back in good shape. Ivy was my service provider and was amazing, could not have asked for a better care person.
