Very poor customer service. First, I called to ask if they had availability on Friday at a specific time. One of the doctors told me she would double check and call me back to confirm. She never actually called back as promised. Instead, she called me after the supposed appointment time asking why I wasn’t there. I reminded her that she said she would get back to me if they had availability, and since nobody called to confirm, I assumed there was no open slot. She then insisted they had sent me a WhatsApp message, which made no sense because the number I called from doesn’t even have WhatsApp. She kept insisting anyway. Then on Sunday; the one day a week I can actually sleep in, I received a call at 9 AM asking if I was free to come that same day. I told her I would let her know depending on my schedule. A few days later, I decided it would be easier to just go there in person to avoid all the confusion. When I arrived, they told me they had another patient at 6 PM (it was around 5:20 PM at the time) and didn’t have enough time for a full body laser session, but they could do some areas instead. I agreed. They shaved one of my arms, then suddenly told me they no longer had time because the other patient had arrived. They should have been clear from the beginning instead of accepting me and starting the treatment. On top of that, during a previous visit, I was being harassed by male patients in the waiting room. They even went as far as snatching my phone from my hands to “show me a magic trick,” despite me repeatedly saying I wasn’t interested. Somehow they even managed to unlock my phone. The staff did nothing to stop the situation until it was already too late, and despite clearly seeing how upset I was, they offered no apology or compensation whatsoever. You should definitely take all of this into consideration before visiting. In response to the clinic’s reply: Edit ( response to the clinic’s reply ): Thank you for your response. However, I need to clarify that my concerns have not been addressed. A patient forcibly snapping my phone out of my hands is not a normal or acceptable interaction between customers, and it should not be minimized as such. I was visibly upset and deeply distressed during the incident and clearly expressed my discomfort at the time to your staff. In addition, there were serious issues with appointment handling and organisation. I was accepted and prepared for my laser session, including changing for the procedure, only to then be told that I could not be treated due to other patients being scheduled. If scheduling constraints were already known, I should not have been accepted and prepared for treatment in the first place. This reflects poor coordination and lack of proper appointment management. I am disappointed that there has been no acknowledgement of the seriousness of the incident or accountability regarding how it was handled in the moment. My concerns relate both to patient safety and to the clinic’s organisation and professionalism in managing appointments. I expected a healthcare setting to handle both conduct and operational planning appropriately. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to ensure better handling of similar situations in the future.

I have been coming to this clinic since last January for a variety of skin treatments, and the results have been outstanding. The level of care and professionalism is consistently excellent, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming, making every visit a pleasant experience.
