⚠️ SCAM ALERT – BEWARE! ⚠️ This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a salon in Dubai. I called ahead to ask for the price of a wash, blow-dry, and putting in my own clip-in extensions. The representative quoted me 210 AED, and I agreed. She sent me a confirmation via text, which included a link—but there was no indication that the link contained pricing or was an official invoice. When I arrived, they took me straight to the back. After finishing my hair—which, by the way, wasn’t done how I wanted—I went to pay, and the total was 560 AED! The change in price conveniently happened after they found out I was from the U.S. Classic scam behavior. I asked to speak to the woman I had spoken to on the phone, and they flat-out refused. They kept saying she’d worked there for two years, as if that proved anything. They were incredibly rude and tried to make it seem like I was lying just to avoid paying. It was completely disrespectful. Later, I realized the woman I’d spoken to was actually right in front of me the whole time—and never admitted it. Clearly, she knew what she’d said and didn’t want to be held accountable. I was in a rush because it was my sister’s wedding, so I didn’t have time to argue further. I eventually checked the link they originally sent—and guess what? The price shown there was 420 AED, not 560 AED like they tried to charge me. It was clear they were trying to take advantage, especially once they found out I was American. Do not go to this salon! The staff might seem polite at first, but the service and overall customer experience are extremely poor. Not worth your time or money. Stay away!

After reading some of these reviews I was a bit skeptical but I genuinely didn’t experience anything negative. I was with Ava, I think, she was kind and careful with my nails and the results are great! I guess it depends on which nail artist you are with..

I recently visited Nail’d It in Dubai Mall for a full pampering session, and it was absolutely amazing! I opted for a gel manicure and gel pedicure and was very happy with the results. The staff were incredibly professional, taking their time to ensure everything was perfect. I also treated myself to a back and shoulder massage, which was pure bliss. To top it off, I had a wash and blow dry, and my hair looked fabulous. The atmosphere at Nail’d It is stylish and soothing, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. I left feeling completely pampered and refreshed. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for top quality nail care and a relaxing experience in Dubai Mall!

Horrible! Do not recommend at all. Paid a lot of money for gel x extensions expecting a quality service and they started lifting a few days after. I then contacted them after 10 days because they were lifting so much and they said that it had been more than 5 days since my appointment so they cant do anything. Gel x nails last up to 4 weeks with no lifting in all other salons and I am a nail tech so I am aware that the lifting is due to poor application. Your nails should not be lifting after 3 weeks let alone A FEW DAYS. This can also cause nail infections under the nail bed as water can get trapped but they didn’t seem to care. On top of that they ignored my messages for a whole day and only responded once I called asking for a manager. They claim they can only offer a removal with 15% discount. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Don’t waste your money on horrible service and nails that fall off after a week.

I was visited Nail’d It salon Dubai Mall for pampering myself, and it was super amazing I love it . I did my hair color done by Navini she did amazing job and she was kind and always smiling. I highly recommend See u again.
