a week agovisited your salon today for a scheduled appointment for both hand and foot nail services. Upon arrival, I was informed that only hand services were available, despite being told otherwise when I booked the appointment. I requested to speak with the manager and was told, “I am the manager.” When I asked how to submit a complaint, I was informed, “we don’t have time.” I waited for over an hour, and even after beginning the hand service, I was suddenly told that the service would not continue at all, and I would not be served. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I request that this incident be reviewed seriously, as I believe this experience falls far below acceptable service standards.
