a month agoI visited this salon for a simple hair wash and blow-dry, but unfortunately, I left feeling shocked and disappointed. Throughout the appointment, the stylist was extremely pushy, repeatedly trying to upsell me on extra services. Despite my hesitation, she insisted on giving me a "trim" and explicitly stated there would be no extra charge. I asked for a simple blunt trim, but instead, she gave me a significant "chop" with layers that I did not want. To make matters worse, despite being told the trim would be free, I was charged 360 AED at checkout. I feel misled both by the technical execution of the haircut and the dishonest pricing. I would not recommend this salon if you are looking for a relaxing experience where your requests are respected.
