I visited this salon over two days just to fix my nail extensions, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. First, the selection of nail polish colors is extremely limited, which makes it hard to get the look you want. What surprised me even more was the condition of the products on the shelf — many of them appeared old, dusty, and clearly expired. This raises serious concerns about hygiene and product safety. (I’ve attached pictures to show what I mean.) To make matters worse, when I raised my concerns, the branch manager unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of listening or addressing the issues professionally, the attitude felt careless — which only made the experience more frustrating. Overall, I expected much better service and standards. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to others

Fantastic service, staff were friendly and paid great attention to detail for my manicure to look fabulous. The lovely nail lady made sure to do the colour and setting nail by nail and with multiple layers to make the colour consistent and not streaky. I didn't give them much to work with and they still managed to make my nails look amazing. Overall, would come back again for the great service and result. (Excuse my cuticles, I always pick at them)

I went there for a manicure, and while the service was okay, the polish was honestly terrible. It was super uneven, with streaks and sticky making it look dirty. It looked sloppy, and I was really disappointed with how it turned out. The salon itself is ok, but I won’t be coming back if that’s the kind of quality I can expect.

If I could give it zero I would. My mum asked for removal and a fresh set, they did shellac over my old set as opposed to a new set of gel extensions. After 24 hours, one of her nails have broken and most of them look terrible and indented. She was charged 490 AED, but 110 AED was what was agreed, but they kept adding cost. They didn’t even know the price of the services and kept saying they needed to check online. If she could get her money back she would. Do not come to this place!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon. I regularly come here for nails and have always been satisfied, so I decided to book a hair appointment for a root touch-up, but unfortunately, that was a big mistake. The first stylist applied the color poorly. My roots turned out red/ orange, while the rest of my hair is brown, and there were still multiple gray spots left uncovered. I voiced my concerns, and a second stylist stepped in to reapply the color. Shockingly, the gray hairs were still visible even after the second attempt. This was far from a professional experience. The quality of work was low, and it felt like both stylists lacked proper training, education, and attention to detail. If you’re looking for professional, reliable color services, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. Very disappointed and will not be returning for hair services.
