I don’t have words to describe my gratitude for this place! Reach out as a final solution with a frozen shoulder and a knee ligament injure that I was sure will be fixed only with surgery. Didn’t give too much hope. It took 10 sessions on the hands of the therapist Vineesha that with professionalism took care of me during my treatment recommended by the doctor. Every visit I meet the doctor and treatment was perfectly applied by Vineesha. I can gladly say I don’t have any pain anymore and I could return to my daily activities. A place where you can find pain relief and a someone that can relax you with good music, sauna and a perfect lemon tea! A treatment that didn’t end but became a weekly treat for me.

I got marma treatment for 10 days from amrutha. She is really good at her job very kind and polite. Extremely professional. Would highly recommend doctor. Jairaj , I can see a huge improvement in just 10 days.

I am extremely grateful to Dr.Jayaraj and Dr.Divya Menon to understand my health issue and pain which I had gone through past two mths. The treatment plan was discussed precisely and assurance for satisfaction was well delivered on time . In all my 10 sessions, I felt warmth and cordial approach of Staff Sarita who did her best to make me feel comfortable and assisted with learning easy smooth exercise for daily practise. Also to mention the front desk staff at 4th floor who is very professional and helpful in guiding insurance claims etc. The best part of treatment plan is marmum and different oil treatment which relieved from pain and inflammation followed with steam. I recently did a 10-day program with Miss Aswathy at Swasthya Ayurveda, and it was very helpful. I came in struggling with severe shoulder pain and stiffness, and her massage therapy made a big difference. She focused on the areas that needed it most and also showed me exercises I could do at home. I feel much better now and am very thankful for her help.
