I’m very happy with the facial cleaning procedure with cosmetologist Irina. She works extremely carefully, professionally, and pays attention to every detail. What impressed me the most is that she’s able to remove difficult comedones that other specialists in different clinics couldn’t properly handle — even at much higher prices. The procedure is always done very thoroughly and gently, and the results are visible immediately. You can really tell that she knows exactly what she’s doing and truly cares about the quality of her work. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a skilled and attentive cosmetologist! 👌🏻

Today I visited this cosmetology clinic and had an appointment with Dr. Shaima. She is very attentive, communicative, kind, and highly qualified. I really appreciated her professionalism and warm attitude — she made me feel comfortable, and I truly enjoyed my visit. I definitely recommend her to everyone. However, my experience at the reception was not as pleasant. The staff were not very welcoming and immediately warned me about possible payment issues. Unfortunately, I was unable to pay with my foreign card, even though it works everywhere in Dubai, and I had to find another way to complete the payment, which took extra time and caused inconvenience. Additionally, after I finally paid, I later realized that I was given the wrong change. It’s not a major issue, but still disappointing. Overall, while the doctor was excellent, the reception service left a negative impression on my visit.

Visited yesterday and had a Hydra Facial done by Irina. My face feels so clean today and my skin is glowing. Can’t wait for my next one.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a beauty salon!! First of all, I couldn’t find parking because the receptionist didn’t bother to inform me where the guest parking was or how to access it. When I finally arrived, I was asked to sit and wait. Meanwhile, all the staff were busy with their own things, completely ignoring clients who had been waiting for a long time. After 30 minutes of waiting, I asked how much longer it would take, as my appointment time had already passed by half an hour. The receptionist seemed genuinely surprised that my appointment time had passed and told me to wait even longer! In the end, I was taken in ONE HOUR LATE!!! Then a woman came in — she was not wearing any medical uniform, had no badge and never introduced herself. She simply sat down in front of me and started behaving in a very unprofessional and disrespectful way. She spoke to me in Arabic, and I politely replied in English that I didn’t understand her, but she kept speaking Arabic anyway. Then she started laughing at me for not speaking Arabic. The conversation continued in a rude and mocking tone. When I asked why she was being so aggressive, she interrupted me and sarcastically said that I was imagining things and that I should “relax.” At that point, I refused all procedures and left, feeling extremely stressed and upset. This place is absolutely awful! I do not recommend it to anyone!! I strongly urge the management to take immediate action regarding your staff. Such disrespectful and rude treatment of clients is completely unacceptable!

Dr Eid did a fantastic job with botox application and lip fillers for my wife. A true work of art. Also the clinic is top notch with great customer service and infrastructure.
