Lips for kiss clinic

I am giving two stars solely for the beautiful, clean clinic and the very friendly reception staff. Unfortunately, everything else was a huge disappointment. What you see on Instagram appears to be highly misleading. The results showcased seem heavily edited, with extensive use of filters and AI, creating expectations that do not reflect reality. I have been receiving aesthetic treatments for years from two well-known Russian doctors with excellent results. Unfortunately, both were on holiday when I visited Dubai, so I decided to try this clinic. One of the first issues was that I was treated by a doctor who is not featured on the clinic’s Instagram page, making it impossible to review their previous work or experience beforehand. The doctor who performed my treatments seemed uncertain and lacked confidence, which immediately made me uncomfortable. She thought I had a cheek filler when I never did it, so she called another person to ask. I clearly explained my concerns and the areas I wanted to improve, but instead of focusing on those issues, I was repeatedly encouraged to undergo additional treatments. The initial quote was AED 13,000, and I ultimately paid AED 12,000 after expressing that the pricing was excessively high. Procedures: - The full forehead Botox was a disaster. I saw virtually no improvement, despite clearly informing them that I would not be able to return for a touch-up because I live abroad. In my home country, Botox works effectively from the first treatment. I also developed a large, painful lump on my forehead for several days. Although I was told this was normal, it was concerning and uncomfortable. - For my lips, the clinic wanted to dissolve all existing filler and start again. I refused and signed a consent form acknowledging this decision. My lips turned out just fine. - My main concern was my smile lines (nasolabial folds). Filler was injected, but unfortunately it was not done symmetrically, making one side appear even deeper than before. No results at all, making it look worse. - I also underwent a collagen stimulation treatment that was supposed to improve my skin texture after the clinic refused to perform under-eye filler. Once again, I saw no noticeable improvement under eye area. - The “slimming procedure” by botox for my nose was completely pointless and made no visible difference. I didn’t want to do it, I came for a filler actually. Ended up doing what they recommended and had zero results. After spending AED 12,000, my face actually looks worse than before. I feel misled, disappointed and frustrated with the outcome. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience. Photos attached for your own judgment. The doctors and nurses are very caring and knowledgeable. The appointment process was smooth and comfortable.
