a week agoI have been trying for some time to contact Dr. Hamed’s assistant regarding my post-operative follow-up. I had my procedure around five months ago and I am still under his care. Since I live in Ajman, it is difficult for me to travel to Abu Dhabi every time just for a follow-up or an inquiry, so I was hoping for more support and cooperation through communication. Unfortunately, I have not received the level of assistance or responsiveness I expected, especially since I feel that the result of my surgery still requires some adjustments and further review by the doctor. I hope more attention can be given to patients after surgery, especially those who genuinely need follow-up care.
