Karen and Lara at the reception were incredibly sweet, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I walked in. Their friendly attitude made everything feel smooth and comfortable. 4 weeks agoFor years, their service used to be excellent and made you feel truly pampered. However, recently the quality has dropped below the previous level. In addition, the laser technicians are no longer as skilled as before. You may go in for a session and suddenly the technician leaves, and another one comes in, which makes the session take longer. Also, you are not allowed to be late at all—or you won’t be admitted to your session—but they can delay appointments and make you wait. I don’t understand the reason. Why are the appointments so overcrowded, as if the priority is just to fit in as many bookings as possible in one day? It’s very frustrating.
