I am very disappointed with my experience at Silkor Abu Dhabi Mall. I purchased and paid for an epilation package, but after my first session I found the treatment too painful and decided that I no longer wanted to continue with it. I clearly requested several times to cancel the remaining sessions and receive a refund. Unfortunately, instead of respecting my decision, the branch manager repeatedly tried to convince me to continue and asked me to reconsider and try another session. I was polite and explained my decision multiple times, but the same situation happened again during my following appointment. On one occasion, a receptionist actually tried to help me and started a manual request to change my package. I was told that during my next session I would know the remaining amount and could start another service. However, even after that, the manager again tried to convince me to continue with the epilation treatment. I am not asking to be convinced anymore. I no longer need or want this service, and I simply want my remaining package cancelled and the unused amount fully refunded. I expected my decision as a paying customer to be respected. I hope Silkor Customer Engagement will finally address this matter properly rather than sending me back to the same branch to repeat my request again.

I finished my session and went up to schedule my next appointment and a chunk of hair falls out of my ponytail because she shaved a chunk of my real hair off instead of only fixing my baby hairs on my neck. I walked up to her to confront her because I was upset and she tells the receptionist that I’m lying and she didn’t shave the back of my head. It’s been 3 months later and I’m trying to grow the hair out and it looks awful. Do not reccomend.

Unfortunately, I always arrive on time for my appointments, but the delays keep happening on their end. On my last visit, I waited for an hour, and the explanation given was that the technician had been changed—a completely illogical reason, especially since I don't deal with anyone else. . I would honestly rate my experience 5/5. Silkor is one of the best centers I have ever visited. The technology and equipment are outstanding, and the specialists are highly skilled, professional, and genuinely caring. I would also like to give special thanks to the Center Manager, who is one of the most wonderful people I have met. She is incredibly kind, supportive, and always goes the extra mile to make every client feel comfortable and well taken care of. The entire team is welcoming, professional, and very cooperative. Thank you all for such an exceptional experience. I will definitely recommend Silkor to all. 💚

Good facility, good staff. I've been doing laser her for quite some time here and I'm happy with the equipment they use. Only downside is the wait time, at times you're waiting a good 30 mins for your scheduled appointment so plan accordingly. Apart from the wait time, it's a decent place, there are cheaper places around but I'm happy with their service so I don't mind the prices being higher for now.
