When negative reviews keep disappearing, it becomes hard to know if 5 stars reviews are genuine. Transparency matters, especially when people are making decisions about their health and safety.

Very disappointing experience. Both my sister and I suffered burns during our laser treatment, and I was left with a severe burn on my underarms and face To make matters worse, my facial hair became noticeably thicker despite originally having very fine hair.

Do not trust this clinic. The staff are highly unprofessional, and I ended up with burns after laser, and the prices are x3 higher than other clinics. They refused to take any responsibility for the damage caused. No creams or proper aftercare were provided, there was no doctor available for follow-up, and they didn’t do any refund nor any form of compensation. What is even more concerning is that my 1-star review was somehow removed, and I have no idea how that happened. This makes me question the authenticity of many of their positive reviews, which appear suspicious and potentially fake. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before choosing this clinic.

During a treatment session with therapist Brandy, I suffered a burn. After I requested not to continue with her due to the incident and her unprofessional behavior, I was assigned to another Arabic nurse and ended up with an even worse burn on my neck What concerned me most was the clinic’s response. Whenever I raised concerns or requested medical assessment, I was repeatedly told the doctor was out of the country. The clinic also seems to have a constant turnover of doctors, with doctors frequently leaving and being replaced, which raised concerns for me about the consistency of medical supervision and patient care.

After purchasing a package, finding appointments became extremely difficult, and when I finally got one, the session felt rushed. During one visit, the therapist did not want to remove the sunblock I had on my face despite me insisting, and kept saying it was fine and that no damage would happen. On my last session, I found hair on the treatment bed. When I mentioned it, the therapist’s reaction was that it was fine and she wanted to continue without addressing it, so I had to clean the bed myself before starting. I also had to ask her to clean the laser tip, and she only cleaned it with water, which I found concerning and unprofessional for a treatment involving direct skin contact. I still have a package with them, but I will not continue. Considering their high prices, I expected a much higher standard of hygiene, care, and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience has made me lose trust in the clinic, and I would not recommend it based on my experience.
