in the last weekI had a good overall experience at Clinical Joelle in Abu Dhabi. The staff were professional and the clinic itself is clean and generally well-organized. I tried their Hydrafacial, and while it was good and left my skin feeling refreshed, it wasn’t particularly outstanding or “wow” compared to other places I’ve tried. That said, I did expect a more luxurious atmosphere and a more personalized, special level of care given the clinic’s reputation. Unfortunately, the experience felt quite standard and didn’t really stand out in terms of service or attention to detail. During my session, someone entered the room, which affected the sense of privacy and relaxation. I also noticed that the wallpaper inside the room was damaged, which took away from the overall ambiance. Because of these details, you don’t really feel like you’re in a luxury place or somewhere you’d go to fully pamper yourself. It’s still a decent option for a good treatment, but not the elevated or indulgent experience I was expecting.

a week agoI had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The waiting time was extremely long — I waited for almost an hour and a half before seeing the doctor. What made it worse was that after all that waiting, I was told that they would only do a consultation today, which was never clearly explained to me beforehand. I did not appreciate the way the situation was handled, and I found the communication unprofessional and unclear. If they had been transparent from the beginning about what to expect during the appointment, I could have planned my time accordingly. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and not professional.
