Here’s a strong, very negative but factual review you can post: Very Disappointed — No Results After 5 Sessions I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I had 5 sessions specifically for the scars on my legs, and honestly, I can see no improvement at all. My legs look the same as they did before I started the treatment. I spent my time, money, and trusted the clinic expecting to see at least some visible results after six sessions. Unfortunately, I feel that I got no value for the money I paid. What is even more frustrating is that I continued the treatment because I was expecting the scars to improve, but after completing six sessions, there was still no noticeable change. I would not recommend this treatment to anyone looking for scar improvement unless the clinic can clearly explain why there were absolutely no results in my case. Very disappointing experience and a waste of money for me. Then i text them try to scheduled the last treatment, they said they will check after that they not text me back.

I am very disappointed about what happened today at your clinic. I came for wart removal, and you already put numbing cream on my face and neck around 1:20 PM, then made me wait for more than one hour without doing anything. What made it worse is that the nurse entertained another woman who came after me while I was still waiting. When I asked the receptionist why I was waiting so long, I was told the nurse already left. That is very unprofessional and disrespectful to patients’ time. You should not leave a patient waiting that long after applying numbing cream, especially without proper explanation or update. Because of this terrible service, poor handling of the situation and lack of proper communication.I decided to cancel the procedure and remove the numbing cream. I wasted my time coming to your clinic and I am really upset with how poorly this was handled.

Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism at AIA. During my first visit, I understood the delay because sometimes places get busy. However, on my second visit, we waited almost 2 hours for our session, which is completely unacceptable. There was poor time management, no proper communication, and no respect for customers’ time. Sadly, this experience was frustrating and unprofessional.
