in the last weekMy experience there was horrible they wasted my time with a staff who did my extensions extremely wrong and she seemed new and didn’t know what she’s doing that her colleagues were also saying that what she’s doing is wrong and had to remove them all and waste an extra hour of my time ( there was one who did my pedicure who was good but she left the salon and I’m not surprised why she left ) I asked to speak with the manager, they said she’ll call back, she didn’t call back at all

in the last weekI had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The service was poor, and the staff seemed unprofessional and careless, especially when it came to their work on the nails. The overall quality was far below expectations, and I'm really not satisfied with the results. On top of that, their prices are way too high for the kind of service they provide. Definitely not worth it, and I wouldn't recommend this place.

2 weeks agoThank you to Ann, who is a master of her craft. I was greeted very professionally. Thank you to the front staff members who explained the types of manicures. Thank you to the staff who brought me a nice drink and chocolate square as well. The salon is very inviting as well. For me, the price for a structured gel manicure was the same as I pay in the US.
