Very Disappointed with the Service and Pricing ⭐ I recently visited this salon for a manicure and pedicure. Before starting, I asked about the price, and the lady clearly mentioned it to me. While I was there, I noticed they had many discount options like Esaad and Fazaa, so I asked if I could use my discount card. She said yes, so I expected a discount to be applied. However, after finishing my services and paying, I realized I was charged the exact same amount — there was no discount at all. When I called to ask about it, she said the 30% discount was “automatically applied,” but the total was exactly what she originally told me. That felt dishonest and misleading. I don’t mind the price itself, but it’s about honesty and transparency. If you promote discounts, then customers should actually receive them — not be told something just to make them feel like they’re getting a deal. When I asked to speak with the owner to share my feedback, I was first told I could, and then suddenly told the owner “wasn’t in a good situation” to talk. Overall, I left feeling scammed and very disappointed.
