I come here specially to see my master, Elchin, I truly trust him. Every time I get hair treatments and haircuts here, the result is absolutely amazing. I’m incredibly happy that I found this salon — it’s always worth the trip, and I always leave feeling confident and satisfied.

I do not recommend this salon. First of all, the quality was poor. In other salons, my nails last 3–4 weeks with no issues. Here, after just one day, four nails had already broken. I went back to get them fixed, but the repairs were done poorly and the nails broke again after few days I had also booked a nail appointment with a specific offer and clearly explained what I wanted in advance. However, when I arrived, I was charged a much higher price with the explanation that the service I needed had a price difference — something that was never mentioned to me before. Response from the salon: “Dear Ms. Anya, We sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding. The technician informed us that she explained the overlay procedure to you, but she did not mention that this service comes with a price difference.”

The worst manicure ever

I don't recommend getting a manicure at this salon. The technician completely ruined the shape of my nails—she made them too narrow, even though I explained that this shape is absolutely unsuitable for hooked nails. The end result is sloppy and unattractive—it literally looks like Baba Yaga's. A manicure isn't just about applying color and saying "how beautiful." It's about knowing how to work with the nail plate, smoothing it out, and not curling it even more. Unfortunately, the technician doesn't understand this. I'm very disappointed with the result. *** I do not recommend getting your manicure done at this salon. The nail technician completely ruined the shape—she made it way too narrow, even though I explained that such a shape is totally unsuitable for hooked nails. As a result, it looks messy and unattractive—literally like "witch nails." A proper manicure isn't just about applying color and saying "how pretty." It’s about knowing how to work with the nail plate, how to shape and align it correctly, not bend it even more. Unfortunately, the technician clearly doesn’t understand this. Very disappointed with the result. P.S. You might want to show your nail technician some pictures of proper nail shapes — maybe she’s not well trained, and even without being a true professional, she could at least understand the basics. I hope the manager takes my feedback into consideration.
