in the last weekOverall dissatisfied with my experience and regretful for money spent. Paid almost full price to topup my brows, which I had done in the UK. I was happy with the natural look and shape, I just wanted them to be filled in. Fair enough they don’t have “top-up prices” but you’d expect that if you were not happy with the results, after paying almost full price for just a top-up (my appointment was very quick) they would sort it free of charge. The lady that did my brows (Rebecca) was nice during the appointment, she even gave me her IG to contact her 4weeks post treatment, to arrange follow up if I required it. I did as instructed, however she has been unresponsive and I don’t the time to keep chasing up. I’ll probably have to find another place and probably pay another full price. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend them if you just need a top-up.

I don’t usually write reviews but I had a facial and my eyebrows shaped and they came out better than I’ve had before in previous places here in Dubai.. i liked the place, felt very welcome and I’m very happy with the results. They really took the time to get my brows how I wanted them (I’m really fussy) and my skin is still glowing! I will go back for my lip blush touch up and laser hair removal soon.. this place was recommended to me by a friend and it did not disappoint.. Highly recommend!
