Sara’s reception was absolutely wonderful — she was so friendly, had the sweetest smile, and made me feel comfortable right away. a week agoHonestly, the worst service ever. I wanted to get my lip filler dissolved—it's a simple procedure, and someone recommended it to me. I called several days in a row, but no one answered. They called me and replied to me on WhatsApp at dawn, but when I called the other number, they only replied a day and a half later. So, no one answers calls or WhatsApp messages. It's strange how everyone makes appointments and praises the clinic, yet there's no response. I gave them two stars because there are definitely good doctors, but the service is zero. The person who called me at dawn replied two days later, and when I told her I'd already dissolved it, she just coldly said "Sorry" and didn't apologize for not responding while I was trying to book an appointment.

2 weeks agoThis is the first time in my history that this has happened to me. I went to the clinic for Botox and paid 1300 dirhams, thinking the product would be great. But within two months, it vanished like water. I went back to the clinic, and the doctor, may God protect her, did the same thing. Within a month, all the wrinkles and lines had returned. Keep in mind that I get Botox at a lower cost, and the results are unfortunately much better. I am not satisfied at all, not even 1%.

The staff are also super welcoming and the vibes are just great. Plus the clinic is spotless and they are actually on time with appointments which is honestly so rare.
