During that time, I’ve promoted your clinic, taken photos to showcase it, and recommended you to many family members and friends. Unfortunately, the quality of service and the way customers are treated have become increasingly disappointing. It’s sad to see a place I’ve supported for so long getting worse instead of improving. Long-standing customers should feel valued and respected. The way things are going, you are losing the loyal customers who have supported your business and helped it grow. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes meaningful improvements. 2 weeks agoI’ve had an amazing experience with the nurse (Ziove Juanco). She is incredibly professional, caring, attentive to detail, and genuinely kind. She always makes every laser session comfortable and leas painful. I specifically request her by name whenever I book because I truly appreciate the quality of her work and the way she treats her patients. She is a wonderful person, and her dedication and professionalism absolutely deserve to be recognized. I highly recommend her!

2 months agoHonestly, your prices are much higher than your neighbors', but you need to offer discounts. Personally, I only come for Hossam and Mark, and there are clinics on every corner. I hope you'll reconsider your prices.
