in the last weekI paid AED 12,000 to treat acne scars and instead ended up with burn scars on both sides of my face. After my first fractional laser session with Dr. Hyungjoo Noh, I developed visible burn patches. I raised this concern before the second session, but it was completely ignored. After two sessions, there was zero improvement in my acne scars and I was left with additional burn damage that now needs separate treatment. I contacted the clinic afterward to see how this would be addressed, but they chose to ignore me. Very poorly managed clinic, and I will be filing an official complaint.

a month agoMy expectations were supposed to be higher. I had the Korean “Salmon” injection, and the overall experience before the injection started was disappointing. Positives: • The bed was heated, which was comfortable. • I was given comfortable clothing before the procedure. Negatives: • Numbing cream was applied to my face and I was left for more than 40 minutes, while the expected time should have been around 10 minutes. • I tried calling for assistance several times with no response. • I tried calling by phone, also with no response. • I had to open the door and call out so the numbing cream could be removed and the procedure could finally begin. • I expected someone to check on me from time to time, but it felt like they completely forgot there was a patient waiting in the room. • The prices are higher than expected compared to other clinics. At this point, what matters to me is the final result, which should appear after a few days.
