2 weeks agoI visited Monde de Cannes Clinic after seeing their advertisement on social media about a free consultation. I booked an appointment for 3:00 pm regarding back pain and arrived at 2:45 pm. I was called in at 3:10 pm, which was not a problem. During the consultation, the doctor, Dr. Khashayar, asked several questions about my condition, which was expected. However, without clearly asking for my approval, he started a treatment session that lasted about 10 minutes. After that, I was charged 370 AED, even though I came specifically for a free consultation and expected to decide first whether I wanted to continue with treatment. I also noticed a difference in how patients were treated. While I was waiting, two other ladies were offered drinks immediately by reception, but I was not offered anything, which made me feel uncomfortable. Overall, I am not satisfied with my experience. A consultation should remain free as advertised, and any treatment should only begin after the patient gives clear consent and understands the charges. I will not return and cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience.
