Honestly, I'm really bothered by this and I just had to say it. I got a collagen injection because of all the hype from celebrities, and the first session was absolutely amazing! My face tightened and I looked fantastic. The doctor told me to get another session after two months, and then I wouldn't need a tightening anymore. Two months passed, and it was time for the second session with the same injection. I was torn between getting it or getting another procedure because I was happy with my face. But after thinking about it, I decided that since I liked it so much, it tightened my face, and the result was amazing, why not get the second injection because I knew and was confident about the result? But what happened?! It was the opposite of what I expected. I didn't feel any results like the first time, and it didn't tighten at all. On the contrary, my face became larger, and I don't want size and volume; I want tightening. The result was completely the opposite of what I expected, and everything was different from the first time. I even suspected they didn't give me the same injection! 🥲 They don't show us the injection box so we can identify it, and even if they do, you don't know what they'll do next. I don't want to make assumptions, God knows best... but my advice is, if you get a collagen injection, don't get a second session because you won't get the same result. You won't benefit. You might get some radiance or something else like any other injection, but it won't be the same result as the first collagen injection session! It's a shame to pay 4,000 and something and not get the results you want. It's so frustrating! If I'd known, I would have gotten Morpheus or any of their laser devices for tightening instead of paying for another session and not seeing any results. I was so upset, more than you can imagine. We can't trust celebrities either because they do advertising, so they're probably treated differently, or it's natural for them to be praised excessively since it's advertising, not necessarily truthful. I don't wish this frustration on anyone. Enjoy, girls!

Second time visiting Doctor Azmal for Botox and filler, and I can honestly say that the results are amazing—but they are nothing compared to his professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for what he does. You can truly see that he is driven by a real passion for his work, and that makes all the difference. I have never had a single bruise on my lips after the treatment, and I always feel completely cared for and in the best hands. Highly recommended!

My favourite clinic in Dubai! The staff are extremely welcoming and the clinic is aesthetically beautiful. Dr Azmal and his nurse Sherryl are fantastic, he leads a patient centred approach to his appointments and listens to the needs of the patient. I wouldn’t trust anyone else! I loved getting the IVs and the different drips that they had to offer too. Booking an appointment through Shaan is also extremely easy and effective. This whole place, along with the people i truly could not recommend enough!

I had a collagen face lift procedure at this clinic, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. I was informed that I should see results within a week, but I did not notice any improvement at all. I contacted the clinic several times asking to see the doctor, but every time I was given excuses or told the doctor is unavailable. I also asked to speak with the manager, but my calls and requests were repeatedly ignored. I even visited the clinic in person hoping to find a solution, yet no one was willing to take responsibility or offer any meaningful support. I also experienced bruising after the procedure, and despite raising my concerns, I received no proper follow-up. Because of the lack of cooperation and professionalism, I had no choice but to file a complaint with the Dubai Health Authority. I expected professional care before, during, and especially after the procedure.
