I’m shocked by how poor my experience was at this spa, especially given how expensive it is and how it presents itself as high-end. I booked one of their most premium massages, but the therapist clearly didn’t know what she was doing. The session kept getting interrupted because she was setting things up during the massage, which completely ruined any chance of relaxing. She also seemed very unprepared, dropping stones and other items, moving around nervously, and not making any effort to be calm or professional. The massage itself was just as bad. There was almost no pressure to begin with, and when I asked her to increase it, she went to the extreme and used painful, excessive force. It’s been two days and my back still hurts. The facial was even worse. Hardly anything was done, and when I asked her to remove a specific blackhead, she couldn't do it and brought in another staff member. That person had hands that smelled like food and handled my skin roughly, leaving me with a visible scratch on my nose. This was by far one of the worst spa experiences I’ve ever had. For a place that charges premium prices, the level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic training is unacceptable. I absolutely would not recommend it.
