2 months agoAbsolutely terrible experience. The therapists are extremely unprofessional, unskilled, and clearly only care about taking your money. I felt completely cheated and misled by the service and the way they deal with customers. Nothing matched the quality they promised, and the entire experience was frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. If there was an option to give zero stars or below one star, I would definitely give it to this spa. I do not recommend this place at all. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Technicians like Mohammed, Alex, and PJ have earned consistent praise for their superb Moroccan bath, massage, and manicure skills, with customers generally reporting feeling refreshed and rejuvenated after their experience. The staff are warm, friendly, and attentive, and the hygiene is excellent. Particularly noteworthy is its highly competitive pricing, described by many customers as "excellent value for money." The only drawback is the slightly dim and cramped space. Overall, this is a top-tier spa worth returning to, highly recommended for those seeking professional service at affordable prices.
