4 months agoI had a very disappointing experience. I booked this spa expecting a luxurious experience worthy of the Guerlain Spa name. We drove for an entire hour from Downtown to reach the location and even extended our flight booking specifically to experience this place. Upon arrival, I was surprised to be placed in the makeup room to wait for my massage instead of a proper private waiting area, despite the spa being large and seemingly luxurious. Later, I went to the massage room, and to be fair, the massage itself was good. However, after the massage, I was shocked to learn that there is no relaxation room. I was expected to return to the reception area (the makeup room) to relax, which is completely unacceptable for a spa of this caliber. When I refused, the therapist informed me that I could stay in the treatment room and that tea would be served. Unfortunately, the tea was brought without even a table to place it on, and I was expected to stand near the sink to drink it. To make matters worse, when leaving, no one guided me to the exit. I wandered around for quite some time before finally finding the gate on my own. There is nothing truly “Guerlain” about this spa except for the name and the location. The actual experience felt more like a neighborhood spa rather than a luxury destination. This is an honest review, and if you are considering visiting, I strongly advise you to think twice.
