One of the most disappointing spa experiences I’ve had in Dubai. My experience at Guerlain Spa was honestly far below what I expected from a luxury brand like Guerlain. The presence of male staff significantly affected my sense of privacy and comfort. For a spa environment, especially one positioned as a luxury and relaxing destination, I believe this should be clearly communicated to guests in advance. The massage itself was also disappointing. Considering the high prices and the reputation of the Guerlain brand, I expected a much more exceptional level of service and professionalism. Unfortunately, the treatment did not meet those expectations. Overall, I felt that the spa lacked organization, attention to detail, and the level of service expected from a luxury establishment. The experience gave me the impression that the spa is still trying to find its footing and needs significant improvement. For the prices they charge, I expected a completely different experience. I would not recommend Guerlain Spa if you are looking for a truly luxurious, private, and exceptional spa experience. I left feeling disappointed and stressed rather than relaxed. Guerlain is a prestigious brand, and honestly, I expected much, much better.

Hello, I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent treatment at Guerlain Spa. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the overall experience. My treatment was supposed to include both a body scrub and a body wrap, but the body wrap was not provided at all. Before the treatment, I specifically requested a scrub with a beautiful oriental/oud-type fragrance, as I was expecting something luxurious and pleasant. However, the scrub that was used had a smell that I found very unpleasant and was completely different from what I had requested. Regarding the massage, I understood that I had the choice of focusing on the head, back, or shoulders. However, the therapist did not ask me which area I preferred and simply performed approximately 20 minutes of massage on my back. Overall, I did not enjoy the service, and I do not feel that the quality of the treatment matched the price I paid. Considering the reputation and standard I expected from Guerlain Spa, I was expecting a much more luxurious, attentive, and personalized experience. I would appreciate it if you could review what happened, particularly why the body wrap that was included in my treatment was not provided, and let me know how you can resolve this matter.
