2 months agoOutstandingly beautiful and relaxing spa in an amazing hotel. The staff, Zoe and Wina were extremely welcoming, courteous and professional. My wife assures me this is the best massage she’s had (of many ) in her life and this was mainly due to the relaxing surroundings and staff attentiveness. We were actually staying in a neighbouring hotel however their spa could not compare to this experience, would highly recommend.

2 months agoMassage was great but for the price and hotel not to have facilities like sauna, steam and jacuzzi is not great. We went for the valentines package which was dissapointing. 4 bites each and 1 glass of sparkling and no promised gift as written was strange. Also it felt very hurried to get us dressed and out. Usually you relax in your robe and have tea in any decent spa. I wouldn't really recommend as a spa experience more only as an expensive massage parlour.

2 months agoI recently visited the Conrad Spa and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was very relaxing, clean, and comfortable, with great attention to detail. The massage treatment was excellent and helped me release tension and feel fully refreshed. I would especially like to highlight the massage therapist, Raquel. She is a true professional — attentive, gentle, and very skilled at identifying and working on problem areas. After the session, I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this place.
