a month agoI called to book an appointment and got a verbal confirmation that a 90 min massage was available. When we got there they insisted that i agreed to take the 60 minute massage. I always book a massage beyond 60minutes because I know thats what my body needs. Anyways, that was not nice. If it was communicated properly on the phone I wouldnt mind but we drove to get to this place for no reason :/

a month agoI had an amazing massage experience with Achiraya. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and made me feel completely comfortable. Her hands are pure magic! She knew exactly where the stiffness and tension were and focused on those areas with great care and professionalism. I could feel the difference immediately. The massage was so relaxing that I actually felt sleepy during the session, which is rare for me. Achy truly takes care of her clients and makes sure they leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and renewed. I would rate her 5 out of 5, without hesitation. Highly recommended!

4 months agoTwo weeks ago the gym didn’t have towels during the opening hour. Now they didn’t have the wipes to clean the equipment for two days. Just got told by gym staff that they decided to take one of the two flat benches and put it in the women’s gym. I’ve lived here for six years and now all of a sudden they decided to handicap the gym used by men & women by placing one the only two benches in the women only gym. Are they really too cheap to buy benches. Also the 38!kg dumbbell has been broken by months and every time I inquire, I’m told that they’re going to order heavier weights. Is this what a five star hotel looks like????
