a month agoTwo weeks ago the gym didn’t have towels during the opening hour. Now they didn’t have the wipes to clean the equipment for two days. Just got told by gym staff that they decided to take one of the two flat benches and put it in the women’s gym. I’ve lived here for six years and now all of a sudden they decided to handicap the gym used by men & women by placing one the only two benches in the women only gym. Are they really too cheap to buy benches. Also the 38!kg dumbbell has been broken by months and every time I inquire, I’m told that they’re going to order heavier weights. Is this what a five star hotel looks like????

4 months agoReached out to buy a gift card for a colleague. I clearly asked for a gift card, they confirmed it’s available. I paid, then they said that oh we don’t provide gift cards, rather choose the service you want to gift. Which directly conflicts on the whole idea of gift cards. They could’ve said that before payment, but decided to say it afterward. It took them 4 hours to even answer texts. Don’t get me started on them calling my colleague MY WIFE, when I clearly told them it’s from our team to her.

7 months agoI had an amazing experience at the spa and I want to especially mention Kavitta. She was absolutely wonderful! Her massage was perfect—she knew exactly how to focus on the painful areas, and by the end of the session I felt so relaxed and relieved. She has a great touch and really understands the body. Highly recommend her!

7 months agoI was staying in grand millinium al wahdha abudhabi... I happened to visit zayna spa on 3rd floor.... It was amazing experience.. Thanks to therapist Ms Kavitha.... She made me relax and rejunuvate..... It was real professionalism and i enjoyed the massage...
