a week agoMy aunt is visiting Dubai for the first time, and a massage at Ciel Spa was one of the experiences I wanted her to try. We had such a lovely spa experience, and I’m so glad we did! We were impressed by everything, from the beautiful interiors and attentive service to the professionalism and skills of the therapists. The whole experience truly felt beyond five-star. I asked my aunt how she found the massage, and she absolutely loved it. I could tell how satisfied and relaxed she was after the treatment. Kudos to her therapist, Nisma, for taking such great care of her. And a special shoutout to my therapist, Santi, as well. Her technique, attention to detail, and professionalism made my treatment incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. To Melissa, thank you for taking such great care of us and making us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived at reception, through the waiting area, and all the way to our treatment room. Your warm and attentive service made the experience even more special. Definitely one of the best spa experiences I’ve had in Dubai, and I’d happily come back again. ✨
