Sarai Spa at the Marriott is the kind of place where they first gently settle you in, and then professionally take you apart. Benja - with hands that seem to know more about you than you do - works without force or sharpness, yet with such precision that resisting feels pointless. At some point, you stop thinking “this is too much” and start wondering why you ever settled for less. You lie there somewhere between “I might break” and “don’t stop,” and realize this is how dependency begins. Quietly. Convincingly. You walk out feeling reassembled - a little softer, a little calmer, with the sense that your body is finally on your side. It’s a pity no one pays for reviews like this. But this is one of those rare cases where the price isn’t even a question-I’ll be back. Soon.

I had an amazing experience at this spa. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and beautifully designed, which immediately helped me relax. The staff (Arjay, Evelin, Sharon) were professional, friendly, and attentive to my needs from start to finish. The massage itself was excellent, my therapist Benja and my friend’s therapist (Lideno) was highly skilled and made sure to adjust the pressure perfectly. I left feeling completely refreshed, relaxed, and free of tension. I also appreciated the attention to detail, from the soothing music to the quality of the oils used. Everything was thoughtfully arranged to create a truly relaxing experience. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a peaceful escape and a high-quality massage. I will definitely be coming back!

I got a Balinese Massage from Napa. She's the best and very kind. I definitely recommend her and the facilities are nice. Calm music, interior, tea.. everything's perfect!

Pima gave me such an amazing massage treatment. Overall experience was such spectacular though I didn’t like the towels on the beds. A bit rough on the skin.
