Mark patiently guided me through the first steps of the Pravilo gravity healing session, which can be intense for beginners. After the session, my muscles were a bit sore as the workshop was stenuous. The next day is when I actually felt the real benefit of it. My muscles felt relieved, mainly back pain and shoulders, which usually carry all the stress. My recent sound healing experience: I’ve been feeling blue lately, given the current situation. Anastasia’s sound healing provided a real sense of renewal — I felt re-energised, yet completely at ease. A subtle reset, but a meaningful one. Grateful with Pramas and all the team which makes it an incredible place.

in the last weekI tried the Gravity practice at Pramas and it was a very unique experience. You can really feel your body releasing tension, especially in the spine, while your mind starts to slow down. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded. A very gentle but powerful reset. 3 weeks agoSuch a unique and amazing experience! Great equipment, a lovely atmosphere, and I really enjoyed the tea ceremony. The view is beautiful — a calm and peaceful place in the middle of busy Dubai. Definitely recommend!
