I visited Inside Beauty Salon last month (a little late posting this as I traveled the next day!) and had lash extensions, manicure, and pedicure done. Firstly, Lash Extensions with Lisa: I’ve tried lash extensions at countless places across Dubai, but I was never THIS satisfied until now. Usually, the glue wouldn’t hold, the lashes weren’t the best quality, or the look just wasn’t as natural as I wanted. Lisa absolutely nailed it! She gave me the EXACT look I had in mind - flawless, natural, and beautiful. I went on holiday for a whole month, and my lashes still look like I got them done just last week. On top of that, Lisa was such a sweetheart - super attentive and genuinely lovely❤️ Manicure and Pedicure: Nadira did my pedicure and Natalia my manicure, and both were spot on. My nails looked so clean, elegant, and beautifully polished. and even a month later, they still look fantastic. Both ladies were incredibly sweet, and Natalia is such a fun character she literally made my night you will know what i mean once you meet her! Before leaving, I remember telling the receptionist this would be my go-to salon from now on. Inside Beauty Salon, thank you for the amazing services and warm atmosphere. I say this as one of the pickiest people ever: you’ve set the bar so high, and I can’t wait to book my next appointments soon ❤️

Had a manicure with Nadira and she was amazing! Very professional, friendly, and detailed. Love how my nails turned out. Highly recommend!

I greatly enjoyed my time at the salon, as I had the pleasure of meeting cheerful and friendly staff with high levels of expertise. I was very pleased with the services I chose and will certainly visit the salon again.

I don't usually like to put negative reviews, but I am getting more annoyed day by day after my last visit to the salon. I made an appointment for a keratin treatment, and the first time I came, it took 4 hours as the hair specialist had another client in the meantime. She told me I should wait 30 minutes with the keratin on my hair, and when that time passed, I asked her if we should wash it off as it was getting itchy. She was still busy with another client and kept delaying. Anyway, the keratin was done, which slightly stripped my hair color — something I expected. I mentioned that I might come back for a toner, to which a specialist told me my hair looked better now. I was like, I'm sorry, you're the hairdresser and you don’t see that my hair is yellow? Days passed, and the keratin didn’t work at all — my hair was still frizzy, so I wasn’t sure what the reason was. I booked a touch-up, and she said she would only touch up the left side of my head. I was like, what are you saying? My whole head is frizzy, and you want me to walk around with one side straight and the other frizzy? I was just shocked by the things I was hearing. Anyway, we did a touch-up for the whole head in the end, and she said the reason it didn’t work the first time was because I used Olaplex shampoo — which is sulfate-free anyway — and she said the shampoo was the issue. Then I bought a Mielle shampoo, which she recommended, and it’s also sulfate-free. Bear in mind, two days after the keratin and the first wash, my hair was terrible — like hay! I’ve been doing keratin for almost 7 years, always with amazing results, no matter what shampoo I used. While I was doing the touch-up and felt bad, I asked them to also do a haircut, which I paid for. Looking at my hair today, I realized it is shorter on one side and longer on the other — which actually pushed me to write this review because I was like, enough. When I messaged the salon saying I wasn’t happy with the results — that I paid for keratin which didn’t work, for a haircut which is now uneven, and for other shampoos that the expert recommended that also didn’t help — I was told: “The service was done, we can’t do anything about it.” I’m sorry, but this is terrible.
